CREATOR product warranty conditions of service and warranty service is limited. Thank your to choice CREAOR products. Our products have been undergone strict testing before delivery and aging test ensure that each product is delivered to customers in good condition. Strictly testing process is observed the TUV, CE, CCC and other international or national standards and receive authorization. All CREATOR users can enjoy for the 12 months from the date of purchase of the limited free maintenance service and the service, including parts and labor costs. Not free to the following conditions :
1. within the scope of warranty service, equipment damage resulting from improper operation .
2. environmental factors, such as power , ambient temperature, humidity, lightning cause faulty equipment, etc.
3. unavoidable factors, such as natural disasters, earthquakes and other natural disasters
4. maintenance staff without authorization cause the result of faulty equipment
5. CREATOR product saled over 12 months.
CREATOR products provide lifelong maintenance services. These regulations do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. |
